Privacy at LIVECLAW
LIVECLAW NZ Limited ("we") runs liveclaw.nz. This page covers what we do with information you give us.
What we collect. When you use the enquiry form or email us: your name, business name, email, phone (if you give it), your sector and your message. The form service also records the IP address the form was sent from, which helps us filter spam. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or advertising pixels.
Why. To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run that work. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
Where it goes. Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our inbox at [email protected]. That inbox is Proton Mail, which stores email encrypted in Switzerland. Client records beyond email are kept on systems we control in New Zealand.
How long. Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Your rights. You can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Client work. When we work with your business's data, the specific handling (where it's processed, which tools it touches, when it's deleted) is set out in writing in your proposal before any work starts.
